What is Tantric Massage?

Tantric Massage is focused on both physical and energetic body.

The aim of the session is to feel the flow of pleasure in your whole body,

being connected to the energy of your body and to create a sense of expansion beyond physicality.

Session

WHAT TO EXPECT?

– The session will start with a brief consultation. I’ll ask general questions about your health and explain the massage.

Then we’ll take a moment to connect and do a simple breathing exercise.

– The massage is focused on moving the energy from the root to the crown chakra, which on a physical level corresponds to the genital/ tailbone area towards the top of the head.

The way it happens is by applying varied, long strokes along your body towards the head.

Another important part of this process is BREATHING – inhaling through the nose, exhaling through the mouth. It would be good if you were mindful of this throughout the session.

– There is a slow and gradual build up. When you slow down, you become more mindful, present, more connected and appreciative of the body.

It’s a body to body massage and I’ll be in sync with you and your rhythm of breathing.

– Eventually I will focus on your lingam. You can ejaculate at the end of the session. Or you might choose not to.

…WHAT CAN ALSO HAPPEN?

– You can have a tingling sensation all over your body, especially in your hands.

– After deep breathing and prolonged full body and lingam massage, it’s sometimes possible to experience an energetic orgasm without ejaculation.

WHY NOT A SHORTER SESSION?

– Tantra is a process that takes time and requires a slow build up.

I find that less than 1.5 hours is not enough time for this kind of session.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHORTER AND LONGER SESSIONS?

– The massage is based on the same routine/ process. During longer sessions I’m able to focus more on all parts of your body and you’ll have more time to experience relaxation and pleasure.

WHERE IS IT DONE?

– On a mat on the floor or on a massage table.
